The staff at the dealership was very friendly, very helpful and kept me posted with the situation of the vehicle. Had a check engine light come on. Was able to squeeze my car in without an appointment.. shortly after arriving they looked at car diagnosed the problem. Very confusing, I set up appointment with a person in a call center for service and spent about 1/2 an hour with the person on the phone. The person said I was all set and the dealer would call me with the call center for service and spent about 1/2 an hour with the person on the phone. The person said I was all set and the dealer would call me with the appointment time. One week on no phone call. I finally got through to the dealer and they did not have the information of my appointment. The dealer person was great and the service people were great but I was an 1/2 of an hour of my life on the phone with a person that did nothing for me. The system has to get better. More
