Your office constantly bombards me with emails and mailings to come in for service. I bring in the car for a previously scheduled 7:30am oil change today but the technician doesn't arrive until 8am. mailings to come in for service. I bring in a coupon that was mailed to me but it doesn't work unless i buy other services. You come back with a laundry list of 3 additional items that need to be done and I ask for a call back with the best price. I get a call back 30 minutes later and now am told I need 2 additional items done but I can get a 10% discount on all 5 only. Are we joking here? You don't think a normal person can see through your sales pitch to sell unneeded items? All this took an hour and 45 minutes, why should i continue to come to you when i can get an oil change at one of these smaller shops within 30 minutes. Please stop all emails and mailings to me. I will take my 2 jeeps elsewhere for service. Your dishonesty is not appreciated. More

Our 2016 Jeep needed service. We scheduled an appointment that should have kept us waiting for 90 minutes, but when we arrived we could see that the service dept. happened to be very busy that day. Seemingly that should have kept us waiting for 90 minutes, but when we arrived we could see that the service dept. happened to be very busy that day. Seemingly, we anticipated a much longer wait which would have thrown off our entire day's schedule. As it turned out, the service was completed in just over an hour. Despite it being a hectic morning, Jeep Service had the work completed within the time frame they had promised.
