We were greeted by Mike Pastore who introduced us to the staff at Arroway. As we spoke with Mike Pastore, we became convinced that the Cherokee Trailhawk was the vehicle for us. Mike’s professionalism as well as his knowledge and enthusiasm made the decision an easy one. We spotted the Trailhawk we wanted on the lot and leased it on the spot. So impressed were we with Mike Pastore and Arroway that three days later, our son met with Mike and leased a Grand Cherokee. More
Flawless Execution The first words out of my mouth to our salesmen Mitch were, "I'm not buying a car today, I don't know what brand I want yet, and I don't want to The first words out of my mouth to our salesmen Mitch were, "I'm not buying a car today, I don't know what brand I want yet, and I don't want to waste your time." This was on a Saturday afternoon and I was at the dealership with my wife and 5 year old daughter to check out Jeeps. We simply wanted to sit in a couple and see what the brand had to offer. I purposely went there when I thought they would be busy, with the thinking someone would throw me a set of keys and let me sit inside one, turn it on, pop the hood and play with it a bit. At this point we were just browsing and really didn't feel like dealing with the whole car salesman pitch that comes afterwards, especially with my daughter there. I even told Mitch exactly that. Despite knowing that, he spent about and hour with us going over various models and features. Not selling, just explaining. Anyone could see he had a passion for both his career and the brand. When we wrapped up there was no pressure, just a printout of the window sticker and some ballpark financing numbers. His only request was to give him a shot at getting us a price we buy decided to go with something he sells. Fair enough. I didn't buy a car that day (or on my next two visits there for that matter). Shortly after the test drive, we decided on a Jeep Cherokee Limited. Over the next week I visited 3 other dealerships, and printed out prices for 8 comparable Jeeps from dealerships within a drivable area. I was not nearly as impressed with any of the dealerships or the way my family was treated. I knew I wanted to do business with Mitch if I could, but there was a huge wildcard- PRICE. Now armed with numbers from my adventures, I returned to see Mitch to see what he could do. We had a conversation, not a battle, not a negotiation. He took a lot of time to help me parse though all the comp.'s and make sense of what was fact and what was fiction. Enter Chris, the sales manger. Besides being a super personable guy, he was able to work out a sweet bottom line that actually made sense. Moreover, he represented his position and the dealership as a whole with utmost respect and class--like it was his name and reputation on the sign outside. Refreshing. With the final sales number in place, Joe made finishing it off with financing, well as pleasurable as having to finance something can be. He was great to deal with, and took the time to weigh several various financing options. Additionally, he helped us think about what made the most sense for us, as opposed to what product he could sell that would be most profitable for the dealership. Beginning to end, all of the paperwork relating to our purchase was flawless. They even took care of switching the insurance over for us, which was not on them at all to do. As an end note: We committed to buying the car an hour before they closed for the day. They kept someone after hours to get the car prepped and ready so we could drive it home that very night. We turned the lights off when we left. That is just an example of how they do business. Classy. Bottom line: To find not one, but three guys and a support staff who can make the car buying experience dare I say pleasurable is near impossible. I would recommend Arroway to anyone! More

Lisa was great and knowledgeable at answering my questions and her friendly manner influenced me greatly in deciding to actually purchase my Jeep from Arroway. Joe in finance didn't try to push anything on me. He presented me with my options and let me decide what I was comfortable with the most. The other staff at the dealership were also great. They gave their sales pitch and pricing without force. Overall, this was a great car buying experience. More
