Excellent Service On Feb.24 my 2011 4-Runner would not start. Luckily, I was home, so I called the service department at Beck Toyota and spoke with Greg Rounds. He ask On Feb.24 my 2011 4-Runner would not start. Luckily, I was home, so I called the service department at Beck Toyota and spoke with Greg Rounds. He asked if I could get the vehicle to the dealership, so I called a wrecker service for delivery. Within 1 hour of receiving the vehicle I got a call from Greg and he said the starter would have to be replaced. It would be ordered and delivered in the morning. He asked if I needed a car to use (which I didn't) and said that he would keep me informed on the repair status. The next morning at 1000 I received a call from Greg again saying my truck was ready to be picked up. Kudos to Greg and the rest of the maintenance department for making this as painless as possible. This is also why I will continue to have my service performed at Beck Toyota. More
The best customer service in Indianapolis! I have a Toyota Highlander 2006 and never had a problem with my vehicle until 2 weeks ago. I visited Beck Toyota since it's really close to my house, I have a Toyota Highlander 2006 and never had a problem with my vehicle until 2 weeks ago. I visited Beck Toyota since it's really close to my house, and they were absolutely really nice and professionals, especially Chuck. They treated me like a queen and explained in details what was wrong with my car. They promised to have it ready the next day, and they did! That was super impressive and I'm happy to have my car back in great conditions again! Love that place! More
Searching for the perfect car for me! I rated Beck Toyota a 5 star place, because our salesman Rick Matthews, kept his promises. Rick knew we were looking around for the best deal, and he asked if we'd give him the last chance to get us the best deal. After much searching other dealers, we went back to Rick at Beck, ,and he kept his promise! I drove away in my 2015 XLE fully loaded red Camry, and I am one crazy happy lady. If you aren't dealing with Beck Toyota, you are at the wrong dealership! Happy in Columbus IN, Ginny I got the car I wanted and I love it! More
They only care the day you buy the car I've been driving manual transmission cars for 30+ years, I know how to shift gears and I don't ride the clutch. A throw out bearing went out at 33,00 I've been driving manual transmission cars for 30+ years, I know how to shift gears and I don't ride the clutch. A throw out bearing went out at 33,000 miles and they had to replace the entire clutch. Said it was a "wear and tear" item like brakes. xxxxxxxxx. I've even driven junk American cars for 100,000 miles without a clutch going out. This was my first Toyota (a Yaris) and it will be my last. I'm going back to Honda after this car is paid for. More

Had two different warranty issues since we have had our Beck Toyota and both were denied at this dealership. VERY poor customer service. I needed the timing belt changed on my Toyota so I called around several shops and Andrew from Beck Toyota quoted me the best price. I would just like to say how pleased I am to have Beck Toyota as "My Toyota." I purchased my 2009 Corolla in December of 09. Carl was professional, courteous, and prompt as always. I love that even after the sale is made, he is still my go-to guy. I can call him whenever I have a question; including today when I needed advice on how to touch up the paint on my car!
