Owen Webster is an genuine honest man!!!!! I returned to Beck Toyota today with my 2018 TundrIa that bought a year ago. I bought my Tundra from a salesman (no longer at Beck) that told me the I returned to Beck Toyota today with my 2018 TundrIa that bought a year ago. I bought my Tundra from a salesman (no longer at Beck) that told me the Tundra had a remote start. All I had to do was download the Entune app. Well, after downloading the app and several days of talking to Toyota, I found out that it wasn't even an option on the Tundra. Then I thought, I'll just put an after market remote starter on it. Guess again. My truck was so new that no one would touch my truck. Today I went to Beck for a 5000 mile service and ran into Owen Webster. Owen did finally remember me. I explained my dilemma to Owen. I told Owen I was interested in trading in my truck for a newer version with remote start. Owen diligently researched and found out that it is still not an option. Owen called Ziebart down the street and found out that they could install a remote start. Owen Webster scheduled the install immediately and paid for the remote start in good faith due to the history with my last salesman. Now this is how you conduct business and keep customers. Thank you Owen Webster. I will definitely be a loyal Beck Toyota customer!!!!! More

I went on June 5 to get my 2017 Corolla serviced and w Beck Toyota, Greenwood IN Service department is the worst car service dealer for Toyota owners. I went on June 5 to get my 2017 Corolla serviced and while I was getting checked in I mentioned that my 18 month old car has has issues with it's wipers and service supervisor agreed to take a look. With in 15 min I got my car back with 2 BIG scratches on my windshield. When I reported the same I was requested to wait and then after sometime I met the most rude person I have ever met in Customer facing job. His name was Clark Henkel, Service & Parts Director. He was NOT only arrogant, rude and cutting me off when I was talking but was trying to prove me wrong blaming me that I just want my windshield to be replaced for free. Please avoid Beck Toyota for service and for sure avoid talking to rude guy Clark as he will NOT listed to you and keep on raising his voice. He doesn't understand customer view point and keep on getting loud for no reason. He knew that his technician messed up and he just wanted to get rid of me getting away paying nothing. I just walked out from Beck Toyota with 2 big scratches on windshield of my 2017 corolla along with meeting the most rude guy. They do not deserve any star and have highly negative people who don't know how to find a solution to the problem which customer is facing. Avoid Beck Toyota and avoid Clark Henkel. More

Wrong diagnosis for engine noise. I experienced a misdiagnosis from the service tecnicians for an engine noise when accelerating. They told me the "malfunction did not return" after road testing it. But the same noise returned the next day. I'm disappointed with their less than comprehensive approach to finding my problem. I paid $ 144.00 for nothing ! Its hard to have confidence after going through this ! More

Terrible Management It is a true shame that after working with a WONDERFUL gentleman in the service department, this "General Manager" (he does not deserve that title) ha It is a true shame that after working with a WONDERFUL gentleman in the service department, this "General Manager" (he does not deserve that title) has caused this dealership to not only lose business, but to upset someone so greatly that I will now be as vocal as possible about my experience, specifically with Owen Webster. After being told no less than 5 different answers for whether they have payment options when your car is in need of service repairs, Owen called me back to basically tell me they have no options other than to do a trade in and buy a new car with them. Well thanks to Owen, that will literally NEVER be something I do with Beck Toyota. For a call that lasted only 6 minutes, Owen Webster tried over speak me, LITERALLY laughed to mock me for being so upset and then had the audacity to say he understood how I'm feeling as I'm sitting here stranded, with my car at their dealership, literally not able to be turned on, 5 days before Christmas. After having to LITERALLY yell over him to demand to speak with someone else (because he would NOT stop over talking me), he told it was not an option. A lot more happened than what I care to type but ultimately do business here ever again is no longer an option. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I can NOT stress enough how INCREDIBLE the gentleman (true gentleman by ever meaning over the word) I worked with in the service center. He was the ONLY positive experience I had working with this dealership and I hate that I cannot give him my business because of the incredibly unprofessional service given by this company's general manager. More

Again, lady who answered was very courteous and professional. She informed me a service scheduler could text to communicate to schedule an appointment if texting was a better option. I agreed to texting. I almost immediately was contacted by someone. Again, very courteous and professional. I responded, answered questions and confirmed I wanted to schedule. That is where the good experience ended. I NEVER received another text. I decided maybe person was off that day, or became busy. I waited until next day (Saturday) I sent another text asking if more information was needed. I decided then if they wanted my business, they would respond. If not Saturday, they would on Monday, or Tuesday. No, I received no text or even a call from someone else. I scheduled service online with another Toyota dealership and have had a great experience. I am new to the Indy area. I chose Beck due to great reviews, I see tons of vehicles with their logo on the back and have seen the dealership. I was impressed. Sadly, that fell quite short based on lack of professionalism. Not only was a service customer lost, any sales are also lost from me. More
