Bought a new Vehicle from them last week (Wednesday 3/25/20) and not even a week later (Monday 3/30/20) we took it back to this dealership because they were going to install the remote start, when I le 3/25/20) and not even a week later (Monday 3/30/20) we took it back to this dealership because they were going to install the remote start, when I left my new vehicle there, it did not have any scratches or anything. IT WAS NEW (2020) after we picked up our vehicle (3/31/2020) we parked it on our driveway and did not drive it until Thursday 4/2/2020 and before we drove it we realized it had some scratches on the back so I called the salesman (Anthony) and he gave me an appointment to look at the vehicle. I went back to the dealer thinking they were gonna take responsibility and fix it but after not even 2 minutes they came back inside and said it was not them or their responsibility. They did not even asked employees or anything. They just went outside looked at the scratches really quick and came back and said they were not going to fix it. Now we have to Pay to fix something that we DID NOT do. If you ever leave you vehicle at this place for maintenance or any other services, make sure you take pictures before and after because if something happens to you vehicle they won’t take the responsibility for it and they will let you pay to fix it. More

The Best Dealership in Indiana A lady I knew told me about this happening to her. She had bought a car from a dealership. She took it back in for the routine oil change and paid them for it. She was going on a trip and her brother told her he thought he'd go check her car out to see if everything was good before she left on her trip. A while later he came back in and asked her if she had ever had her oil changed because it was in pretty bad condition. She told him she had taken it into the dealership or the routine oil change about 2 weeks ago. He said that her oil look really bad and it hadn't been changed in many months as bad as it looked. So I've NEVER forgotten that story. I went to the reception they provided after I got my vehicle and learned this - Mr & Mrs. Beck are Christian people. When they started this dealership they taught ALL of their employees good Christian ethics. And that has continued over the years. This location on US 31 in Greenwood is the ONLY dealership they have. They do NOT have a bit string of dealerships all over the city or state. They consider their location as their neighborhood and have always made sure to treat everyone right. This is THE dealership I go to always and completely trust them. In particular, I'd like to mention that I've dealt with Owen Webster several times. He has always gone beyond my expectations in getting me into a great vehicle - beyond what I ever imagined I could afford. More
