Danielle in parts was excellent. She was the only one that acknowledged me when I walked in. Danielle was very helpful and knowledgeable. In part department. Took minutes for someone to come help me. Once I got help the young man was really helpful. Good customer service cross out the wait time. There was two ladies next to parts I believe in trade in area never acknowledged me, while waiting for someone in parts. I understand if it’s not there department, but acknowledgement goes a long way. Over all I will return when again. I would just pass along acknowledge the customers will give a better experience. The people in service are very cordial and help approache you upon arrival but how they estimate time of how long the wait will be needs assistance. Worst service experience ever. I have a service plan with the dealership so my oil changes are covered. I had a 9:00 am appointment, at 11:00 am my car wasn’t even touched. So afte I have a service plan with the dealership so my oil changes are covered. I had a 9:00 am appointment, at 11:00 am my car wasn’t even touched. So after it taking more than 20 minutes to che k me in, and then being Che led in by someone other than my “advisor” they failed to rotate my tires as requested nor did they check my tire for a leak. They then charged me for my oil change. I could have gone to Take 5 oil and paid the same thing and been in and out in 30 minutes. He offered to call about my service plan, yet t I saw what the previous customer went through. Wishing I hadn’t purchased the service plan so I could have the freedom to go elsewhere. More
