Work was completed as expected however I was disappointed that I had to pay for my oil change. I only put about 5000 miles on my car in the first year and missed the deadline for my free oil change for purch that I had to pay for my oil change. Ordered the wrong part so had to come back a second day. Ordered the wrong part so had to come back a second day. I asked the first day to air up all 4 tires. Didn’t do it. Asked again on the second. Told t Ordered the wrong part so had to come back a second day. I asked the first day to air up all 4 tires. Didn’t do it. Asked again on the second. Told they did it but since the battery cable change knocked out my sensors initially I had to drive awhile til they reset finally got a readout. Didn’t do them again. Tech told rep they were done. All he did was leave 2 of the caps off. Not the kind of service I get from my dealer where I bought it from in Indiana. Guess being big means it’s ok to skip the small things. Did it myself. Took 5 mins. More
