Today was the worst service since I 2012 when I started visiting Beck and Masten. Inspite of having a 10:45am appt. The advisor didn't acknowledge my arrival for 20 minutes, at which time I was told there visiting Beck and Masten. Inspite of having a 10:45am appt. The advisor didn't acknowledge my arrival for 20 minutes, at which time I was told there would be a 2 hour wait. Decided to take advantage of the Lyft service and get some essentials from Walmart. When calling for a return to the service dept. my advisor never picked up her phone and I returned to find her chatting it up with other advisors. There was a recommendation received at 1:40pm for a new battery. This was the recommended repair last visit in August when I purchased a new battery, which should have been in the records. After 3 hours of waiting there is nothing I wanted more than to leave that place. More
Have had great service in the past but this visit was definitely not. A working TPMS sensor no longer works and the advisor said they didn't have any in stock. When I called to check with parts, they did definitely not. A working TPMS sensor no longer works and the advisor said they didn't have any in stock. When I called to check with parts, they did have them in stock. And one of our lugs was mangled but because they also were not in stock, we were sent home a lug nut short. Super safe! Thanks guys! Both issues we were not made aware of until close out. Had we not prepaid for a service pack, I would definitely not come back. More
