I had a routine service done today. Had an oil change and software update. Soft ware update had some errors done by the first technician and had to be redone. My service consultant, Christina Guajardo, was on top it and got the correct supervisors over technicians to get the software update redone which cleared the problems. All turned out fine even though it took several hours. More

Had an appointment at 11:45 for an oil change. Ended up leaving at 4 pm with a $100 bill because of tire rotation that was added that I did not request. I had a coupon indicating I’d be paying $69.95 for my oil change and that is what I wanted. When I looked at my services it showed something different. This always happens. Stop showing a price on the link provided if it won’t be honored. I am highly highly upset due to this. The sensor also showed $1 and the rep Myriam tried to charge me $400! How misleading it feels like a scam getting services here! I will never return here after 6 years of being a loyal customer. More
