I felt that the overall experience this time was below satisfactory. I originally scheduled my visit to be seen by Sunni Felix but was sent to another service consultant. I really don’t understand why you have a 6 week wait on loaners. Are you holding cars there for 6 weeks? I had to get a rental which I am still pending reimbursement from warranty. I had to call several times to get a status of my vehicle for something that could have been done in a matter or days not weeks. On top of that you guys have the gall to call me and ask for additional money when you forgot to charge for labor on service that was already exceptionally high. I still have one or two oil changes left there but will likely take my vehicle to another authorized service provider in the future once I use my oil changes. I don’t know what happens to this place but the service isn’t what it used to be when i purchased my vehicle 5 years ago. More
Poor service and takes too long. They try to upsell you on everything. Plus, if you have an issue, they can’t schedule you for days/weeks out and takes 3-5 days to diagnose your issu They try to upsell you on everything. Warranty Service Department failed to provide proper customer service dealing with my repairs. There were several issues that occurred. First issue: They had a really hard time finding my and or verifyi customer service dealing with my repairs. There were several issues that occurred. First issue: They had a really hard time finding my and or verifying my vehicle warranty coverage, it nearly 6 days. It wasn’t until my wife and I, found and produced our copy of our purchase contract with a Platinum extended warranty. Thirdly: They than assured us that the repairs would be underway , however; it took another 3 to 4 days for an adjuster to come out to okay the repairs. I only found out about everything through my consent communication with one of the service consultant named Oscar. Fourth and final issue: The adjuster finally came out and approved the repairs and was told that the repairs were underway and it should be a day or two, however; it took another 4 to 5 days. On August 6th I went to the dealership for 4th time since we dropped it off on July 18th. The person who I was corresponding with Oscar Camargo S. was not there at the time and no one else could tell me if my vehicle was ready. They looked into their system and it still shows that I had no extended warranty and they were still looking for it. Being so mad and upset, I asked to speak with the Service Director Eric Clifton immediately. He was the person who dealt with me when I brought my contract to show my warranty proof. Meanwhile Oscar came back and finally told me my car was ready. They all apologized has usual but the my frustration had boiled over with their service. Dealing with your service department really thought me a lot. I just hope they get their stuff together. More
