Beck & Masten North is an outstanding car dealership! I went looking for a vehicle that would be comparable to the Chevrolet Travers and found an even better vehicle--The Buick Enclave. Toni Camiel was I went looking for a vehicle that would be comparable to the Chevrolet Travers and found an even better vehicle--The Buick Enclave. Toni Camiel was wonderful to work with. He located an Enclave that had every item on my "list of wants" right down to the color combination. Toni was a lot of fun to negotiate with too! We worked a great deal with my trade-in that enabled me to take home my beautiful new Buick Enclave. After working with Toni, I had the pleasure of learning about all the after market items that would protect my new Enclave from Nancy Cochran. Nancy along with Gay Bridges helped to explain some of the key items that would keep my new crossover looking great on the inside and out along with adding Lojack for the latest in vehicle protection and recovery should I ever need it. The Service Department had all the after market items on my car and ready to go in just one day! Finally, Rodger Sanders put all the paperwork together and helped to get me a great rate on my auto loan and introduce me to Ally Financial. He really worked with me to get my payments right were they needed to be too. I live in Southwest Louisiana with only 2 local GMC dealerships. No one here had what I wanted nor did they try to find me one. So, when I contacted Beck and Masten dealership, I met up with Efrain Gu dealerships. No one here had what I wanted nor did they try to find me one. So, when I contacted Beck and Masten dealership, I met up with Efrain Guerra. He more than happy to find what I wanted in a GMC truck. He went out of his way, he answered my text messages when needed. He kept me abreast of the events. He offered to order what I wanted without hesitation. Here locally, no one has ever offered to order what I wanted! Efrain made me feel like I was the only person he was dealing with when I know he had other sales going on. Then, after the long month wait for the arrival, I drove to Houston and he had the new vehicle waiting on the front of the dealership which to me was very personal.
