I have purchased several vehicles from Beck&Masten in the past and was going to replace my Buick Lucerne. Since the Lucerne is no longer offered by Buick (much to my dismay),I had to consider the LaCros the past and was going to replace my Buick Lucerne. Since the Lucerne is no longer offered by Buick (much to my dismay),I had to consider the LaCrosse (or go to the Enclave) if I was to stay with Buick,which I preferred. I wanted a "true" test drive so Mark Groom let me use a Lacrosse for a few days while my Lucerne was being serviced. Which enabled me to test the car in all normal driving conditions. This was unexpected but it was exactly what I needed to convince me that I could replace my Lucerne with the LaCrosse. The original car that I drove was sold before I came back but another identical LaCrosse as obtained which I purchased. In addition,Victor Gomez ,along with Mark Groom,was a credit to your dealership. Both were friendly,cordial,and most importantly professional! More
