My wife and I went into Beck and Masten after seeing a post on Autotrader on a new 2013 Gmc Sierra 4x4 for a great price. My response was simply because of the price and that I didn't believe we could get what I wanted for the same price. I already had the sticker shock at Lone Star and I knew GMC is usually priced a little higher than Chevrolet. He told us about all the incentives and after showing us we could get a brand new 4x4 double cab for 2k over what the 2013 was we decided we would look at them and test drive. I am picky on my colors and love the dark blue and brown they offer and after riding around the lot we found a dark blue texas edition crew cab with 4x4. After seeing the price we took it for a spin while he worked on the trade in. We knew what we could spend and after some negotiation on the trade in Greg and Caesar made it happen for us and we couldn't be happier with the new truck! I was truely disappointed with my last vehicle purchase at Lone Star and after our experience at B&M my wife is up next for a new vehicle and we will be back to see Greg and Beck and Masten! More

I found an SUV with better mileage than what I had which is what I was looking for. They fixed the problem with the seatbelt on the vehicle I purchased and have promised to provide me with a second key and fix the airbag light providing me with a loaner car which I find to be generous. I had to finance the vehicle for longer than I wanted to in order to get my desired monthly payment but I can live with that. My husband has purchased a vehicle from your dealership before so we are happy customers, thus far. More

He coached me on some pros and cons of the cars and let me test drive the car, which I ended up buying! Everyone here is so nice, and EXTREMELY helpful, they definitely make you feel like their number one priority and I can guarantee you will leave more than satisfied with your encounter. I highly recommend this location and will CERTAINLY be back when I get another car! More

I drove a Buick LaCrosse 2013 model and liked it very much. I needed to have my husband look it over and he could not come that day. John said they would hold it until Monday morning if I gave a $500.00 deposit, which I did. When we went in on Monday morning we were informed that the car was not in inventory and John said he would make me a great deal on a 2014 model. The pressure was so intent at that point that we stayed when we should have left. We did not need to make a deal that day. We still to this day are very confused about the pricing. THEY say it is a great deal but we did not take the time to go home and compare prices. We only purchase a car every six or seven years, so we are not really good at making the best deal, as you can see. I am happy with the car, so far, but I need classes to learn the technology. More

He took time, never rushed, in answering our questions and pointing out features of the vehicle. With the assistance of Nancy Cochran, we purchased some upgrades for the vehicle which would require for us to bring the vehicle back in for a day. Enrique was quick to offer us a loaner vehicle while our vehicle was being serviced. This guy is so very personable & we would definitely recommend not only the dealership, we would refer folks to Enrique. However, we did feel rushed during the finance and this part we would do differently. Lesson learned! More

Since this was an ebay purchase I had no experience with Beck & Masten but as it turned out I was very satisfied with them, Larrick French and Bernardo Melendz were great, Larrick especially was helpful and did everything he said he would do. From picking us up at the airport, filling the truck with gas and making it look brand new (2010 Honda Ridgeline) Larrick delivered.
