Our experience with Thomas and the staff at Beck and Masten went beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived we were treated with respect. We felt as though we were in a family atmosphere and Masten went beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived we were treated with respect. We felt as though we were in a family atmosphere and weren't just another paycheck for the staff. "The Tank" was our sales rep and he was extremely helpful and informative. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and all of our questions were answered. He offered all the information and research about the vehicle we were looking at in the beginning of our meeting. He is a very genuine person and we could tell he was being honest and not just trying to make a sale. The vehicle we purchased had just a couple things we wanted fixed and he made sure everything was fixed and in mint condition. Thomas made sure before we left that all areas of the vehicle met our expectations. He is very personable and we will definitely be dealing with him for our vehicle needs in the future. Caesar was our finance rep and we just want to mention him as well because he also did an amazing job for us and was very nice and answered all of our questions and made sure we weren't feeling rushed. As we were waiting to drive off in our vehicle one of the sales managers, Dusty came out and gave us very helpful hints on how to keep the car looking new and certain products to use. Again, we really enjoyed our experience and drove away extremely pleased. More
