Wife and I were lied to when we bought the truck as we were told by salesman and finance guy that the first year of oil changes would be free. I have bought many vehicles over the years, and this was by far the best purchase experience. I asked for the salesperson who was the most knowledgeable on the Yukon and was pointed to Javonte Wright. He ex by far the best purchase experience. I asked for the salesperson who was the most knowledgeable on the Yukon and was pointed to Javonte Wright. He exceeded all my expectations. He was able to answer every question and knew every option combination available on the Yukon. He was not focused on solely selling you a vehicle, he was focused on making sure you were getting what you really wanted. He didn't push when we needed a few days to think about it, he was patient and waited on us to be ready. He made the entire buying process so simple and enjoyable. He has even followed up a few times after the sale to see how we were liking the Yukon and asking for any questions that we may have. I will definitely come to Javonte Wright for my next vehicle purchase. More
