They have been very good in prior visits. And really, the end result was very good this visit. Only issue was coordination with the service advisors. Service advisor I left initial request with, it turns out, went out for medical reasons. Voice mail didn’t indicate that. Apparently no one was “covering “ for him so after weeks of request I finally heard back from him (still out of office) and he turned it over to another advisor. From there it went pretty good. But still had to deal with a third advisor on completion of the work. So some work needed on advisors cover for others off/ out of office. But again, the work performed and service completed well. Just a little management tune up needed. More
Service Advisor Adrian C. was not very helpful and wasn't available to answer my questions. Mar 19, I Dropped my vehicle off for routine service and check on vehicle part malf was not very helpful and wasn't available to answer my questions. Mar 19, I Dropped my vehicle off for routine service and check on vehicle part malfunction, a notice received from Buick Corp. Adrian C. let me know vehicle diagnostics take 3-5 days. I pre-scheduled a rental up to Mar 24. Mar 20, I text Adrian C. for vehicle update, he advised me of additional service needed. I was well informed on the routine and additional service completion, but was not updated on vehicle diagnostic being done. Mar 24, I text and called Adrian C., he couldn't be reached. Another service department rep advised me nothing had been done concerning a diagnostic test. I had to extend car rental an additional day to Mar 25. On Mar 25, I called for Adrian C., he wasn't available. Yet another service department rep let me know my vehicle was scheduled to receive diagnostic test on Mar 26. I had to do another extention on rental vehicle. Late Mar 25, Adrian C. Called to restate my time-line for diagnostic and maintenance completion. He also advised me of my extended warranty via All-State and that car rental was covered up to $40/day. I let him know I needed my vehicle back on Mar 26, no exceptions. Mar 26, I called for Adrian C., again not available. At the time of payment, another service Advisor did not see approval of extended warranty coverage so I paid the entire cost of vehicle repair. MAR 27, Adrian C. did contract me to state I was being reimbursed for the portion of maintenance service that was covered by the extended warranty, I did appreciate that. A guy named Matthew was VERY helpful getting me information about my vehicle. He stepped up big time!! My experiences with this dealership is typically really good, but this instance was not a good one. More

I was a walk-in at Beck & Masten North, in Houston, and was pleasingly surprised at how smooth my experience was. Cameron assisted me, and was very professional and accommodating. He even offer a ride home was pleasingly surprised at how smooth my experience was. Cameron assisted me, and was very professional and accommodating. He even offer a ride home and back, if I chose not to wait, the expected 2 hrs, to do my service request. I stayed and was very comfortable. I had fresh coffee, WiFi, and a charging station. There was no pressure to get additional services and all items inspected, were printed out and labeled as good, urgent or recommendations for future service. I highly recommend Beck & Masten North for your auto service needs. More
