Oil Change While in for an oil change it was discovered that my radiator hoses were soft and needed changing, They remedied this and also did a recall on my vehi While in for an oil change it was discovered that my radiator hoses were soft and needed changing, They remedied this and also did a recall on my vehicle. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone is always friendly and smiling and thanks to David and Justin, I will not have a problem with my truck due to failed radiator hoses! Service Dept Took truck in for first oil change and a recall. Truck holds 7 qts of oil ticket reflected 6 qts installed. Got home and checked to see if oil filter Took truck in for first oil change and a recall. Truck holds 7 qts of oil ticket reflected 6 qts installed. Got home and checked to see if oil filter got changed. Filter covered with oil appears to be leaking. Oil on components underneath and blown back on undercarriage while driving home. Thought they would have had a little more pride in their work. Guess not it’s all about the dollar. Cleaned undercarriage myself. Like I told them once shame on you twice shame on me. The sales dept is very professional but the service dept has got to hurt their sales. More

From the hot coffee in the lounge area to the cashier and service advisor's, every step was explained in detail. They even finished my repair earlier than I anticipated and was on the road again 2 hours ahead of my schedule and given a card for a free car wash.
