Recall I made an appt. on line to have my 2007 Jeep serviced and a recall performed. shuttle I brought my jeep wrangler in for service because my engine light was lit up. The first day there were not any appointments available. I took it bac I brought my jeep wrangler in for service because my engine light was lit up. The first day there were not any appointments available. I took it back in the next day but got no diagnosis until the next day. I requested shuttle service & was promised to receive service which never happened. Also, the diagnosis for my engine light was blamed on the gas cap not being tight enough. I have experienced this so called problem before in the past & diligently make sure that is not an issue. The best part of the experience is that i wasn't charged for the service. I would not continue my service with Beck if I didn't have a life time warranty with jeep. More
