Very disappointed My car was dropped at 7:30, got a ride to work after waiting 20 minutes.(nice man who drives said no one told him I was waiting). At 3:30 I called and they said sorry they would get there. They did. Unfortunately I walked outside and noticed my car parked, walked up To it and it was left unlocked and keys left at counter in another office . I had to walk around looking for my keys. And after all of that I was told when I bought the car you car gets washed when serviced that did not happen. Called to complain and they apologized and said they would Bring me a gift certificate to get car washed today but that never happened. Worse part is leaving my car unlocked and never even bothering to call and tell me it was delivered. More

Quick turnover. Good quality. Blew the engine in my car. Dropped it off at night and by the next day they had a complete teardown of the motor. Oil change and poor customer service I bought a 30 thousand dollar dodge ram 1500 crew cab from them 4 months ago and the roof is leaking water and they said nothing they could do without I bought a 30 thousand dollar dodge ram 1500 crew cab from them 4 months ago and the roof is leaking water and they said nothing they could do without charging a crazy amount of money and another 250 to fix the light that's filling with water and blowing bulbs but I guess it's not a warranty issue where they can charge dodge a ton of money they didn't want to do it so I won't recommend this business to anyone I know looking for a truck of any kind More
