Beck Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

My wife and I were traveling with our travel trailer when we began to experience an issue with my Ram 1500 rear differential. We contacted the nearest Dodge Dealerships to where we were camping and we were t we began to experience an issue with my Ram 1500 rear differential. We contacted the nearest Dodge Dealerships to where we were camping and we were told that they could accommodate us in ten days. The good folks at Beck Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram told us to bring our vehicle in right away and that they would take a look. Not only did they take a look, but corrected the problem and had us back on the road within three day. The courtesy and professionalism that I received was above and beyond what I saw from the other Dealers in the area and from my local Dealer in my home town. They were also kind enough to drive me to and from they campgrounds where we were staying approximately 30 miles each way. Warmest regards, Tom More

Dealer was unable to correct the problem to the radio which was apparently caused by a factory upgrade. The installation of a new radio exhibited the same problem as the original radio. The sevice department is useless. They told me nothing was wrong with the Jeep steering. Then said , one of their employees had the same problem and spent a lot of money trying to fi They told me nothing was wrong with the Jeep steering. Then said , one of their employees had the same problem and spent a lot of money trying to fix it but couldn’t. Why did he spent a lot of money trying to fix it, if nothing was wrong with it. The Jeep is all over the road. It’s dangerous to drive. I’m constantly fighting it , to keep from running off the road. They said I just wasn’t used to the short wheelbase. This is my 3rd Jeep. I’m very used to the wheelbase. My other jeeps didn’t drive like this. I have some friends with jeeps that tried it out and said , their’s didn’t drive like that. Jeep forums are all saying the steering box is loose. This dealership didn’t know what to do , so they said it didn’t have a problem. If all jeeps where like this, they would go out of business. I guess my next step is a lawyer. More
