I was very hesitant to take my jeep back to the service department. My last vehicle was a jeep grand Cherokee. I took it to them to just have an oil change. They ended up not taking the old seal out which department. My last vehicle was a jeep grand Cherokee. I took it to them to just have an oil change. They ended up not taking the old seal out which caused all the oil to leak out of my vehicle within the matter of one hour. I didn’t notice until I smelt oil and my engine in the vehicle started banging. They came and towed it after I called. They kept it for two weeks and said nothing was wrong with it after I insisted they do a total inspection. When I traded it in at another dealership, they said my engine head was cracked due to being ran without oil. This time using the Service, I had to have my vehicle towed there since it looked like a Christmas tree inside when I tried starting my vehicle and it wouldn’t start. My insurance would only tow it to the nearest dealership which was Beck. They tried charging me $780 for a battery. I was able to talk them down to $680. Totally ridiculous, after I bought my jeep there. Way overpriced and extremely bad. Service!! More
