I drove to the service department because my 2019 Dodge Ram had possible damage to the differential. I was greeted by Service Advisor Justin Shockley, who checked and verified my vehicle was still under w Ram had possible damage to the differential. His friendly and competent attitude made me feel at ease and I decided to leave my truck there for repairs. My truck was repaired within two days and I am extremely satisfied by the results.
