Dan was very helpful with getting my RAM truck recall resolved in a timely manner. The reason for not awarding a 5-star is because when the service was completed, my truck was parked outside the cover resolved in a timely manner. A little disappointed that my truck wasn't parked in the covered area since there wasn't any other vehicles waiting to get checked in.
