Should not have wait more than an hour to have your oil changed when you have an appointment. I was there way more than an hour and I had other appointments to keep. No communication, you call and leave a message and they never call back. Horrible customer service. Our service advisor blamed it on us and said I called you, you called me, we couldn’t get a hold of one a never call back. Horrible customer service. Once to give me the quote and followed up two days later to see if we wanted to spend the $6k that we were quoted. My husband called the guy multiple times because we wanted to understand how they came to the diagnosis of that they did and he would never call him back. I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I was a women especially since he never wanted to return my husbands phone calls. After a significant amount of research, the Jeep Grand Cherokees have an issue with the transfer case modules. We bought the part (from a different dealership) replaced it ourselves for less than $500 and haven’t had a problem with the vehicle since. I’m so glad that we didn’t spend the $6k that we were quoted by this dealership. More
