Charger me $15 in “shop fees” on an electrical diagnosis that they didn’t use any supplies for. On top of that I brought the jeep in above 1/4 tank. Got it back at below 1/8 with fuel light on. They couldn’t find the issue and it proceeded to happen multiple times as I was driving out of the dealer. They were good at first but I think they are scammy now. More

After scheduling one apt for an oil change, showing up only to be told it would be best to reschedule because of now help. We scheduled another visit on the following Saturday. We showed up to be told of techs running late and that it would be an hour for the oil change. We decided to car shop to burn time. The young lady was great (miss cannon). After an hour I noticed our car hadn’t moved. Shane went back to press the service team. They took the car back finally. After nearly another hour I asked the young service guy (super nice also) what the hold up was. Then a tech comes out and informs me they are waiting on the parts guy to get back from the warehouse. I asked what parts? Did they have to go get a filter? He said no, he has to punch codes in for our brake wear etc. Clearly frustrated, the tech said he would just throw it back together real quick. Mind you…an OIL CHANGE. Then the parts guys pulls up and jumps out of the truck holding not “parts from the warehouse” but domino’s pizza. (Pretty sure they deliver) so frankly I felt I was lied to by your staff and held up there for 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change because some guy had to leave to go pickup pizza. We had lunch plans too but instead spent our Saturday sitting at Becks. While Shane, Miss Conner and the new young guy running service were all very polite. That is overshadowed by being lied to. Tell the truth! What’s the point of making an appt if you still have to roll the dice and hope you can get service? Don’t tell me it’s going to be 1 hour and then take 2 1/2 hrs. Saying nothing to me throughout the process. I shouldn’t have had to keep asking for updates. We take our car there for “professional service.” That’s all we ask for. Extremely disappointing visit. Had it not been for Miss Cannons service and sitting with us while we waited through the final painful minutes in service, this would be a zero star visit. More
