Not really forthright in their business. I think that they saw me as an easy mark because I am a senior citizen. I got hooked into paying $499 to transfer a "Lifetime" service plan yet I fin I think that they saw me as an easy mark because I am a senior citizen. I got hooked into paying $499 to transfer a "Lifetime" service plan yet I find out after the fact that according to Dodge, there is NO fee for transferring an existing service plan and my buyers order does not reflect the charge anywhere. The finance manager simply rolled it into the price of the truck. I further suspect that the "lifetime" plan that I agreed to is about to end, less than 2 weeks after I bought my vehicle. Someone is misleading me here, either the lady at the Service plan administrator that said there is NO fee to transfer an existing service plan, OR the dealership sold me a LIFETIME service plan for the vehicle that they likely cannot provide and hid the the fact that I paid for it. More

Because I did not purchase vehicle from them the service writer had to check with quote his (boss) Im assuming the service manager I asked why he stated because I did not buy it from them. I asked why that would make a difference its a Ram under warranty basic warranty I may add. He stated because! Hey then told me since its a laundry list of items they would take care of it but if they where unable to verify the problems there would be a few hours labor for diagnostics! I then stated why would I have to pay to have something diagnosed that you could see and I can show you he said because if they can not verify them they CHARGE! I also need a new rear bumper on my truck not under warranty of course he just laughed. I then asked to speak to the service manager he stated he was in a meeting it escalated from there! I called Chrysler themselves they opened a case on it and of course verified while under basic warranty there is NO deductible or diagnostics fees EVER! They also recommended taking it to another dealership if you have any problems with them I would suggest calling Chrysler quick and simple and friendly here is there phone number.
