Service department is excellent! Took my truck to a local dealer for cracked exhaust manifolds and after a week they couldn’t find the issue. Took it to Beck Ram and Waylon was able to immediately get the issues diagnosed and have a plan to fix the issues. My sales professional, Leanna quickly met me out in the lot when she saw I was peeking in the windows of vehicles, but allowed me to scan the lot a bit before approaching. This definitely made me more comfortable and not pressured at all. Leanna is very knowledgeable and truly professional! She took the time to show me vehicles that I was interested in and answered every question I had about them. After choosing the Wrangler Rubicon that had all the features I liked, the actual purchase part was quick and painless with no pressure to purchase anything I didn’t want. I left in my awesome new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon knowing I had purchased a great vehicle at a very competitive price…Her professionalism did not end after signing the sales agreement. Leanna has been patient and thorough in answering questions and finding answers to every concern I have had no matter how trivial.
