Dan was very helpful with getting my RAM truck recall resolved in a timely manner. The reason for not awarding a 5-star is because when the service was completed, my truck was parked outside the cover resolved in a timely manner. The reason for not awarding a 5-star is because when the service was completed, my truck was parked outside the covered service entrance area, and it was raining. A little disappointed that my truck wasn't parked in the covered area since there wasn't any other vehicles waiting to get checked in. BTW, this survey didn't list Dan so I was forced to select someone else who I didn't work with from the Service Dept. to complete the survey. This should be revised to depict current personnel. More
