I recently bought a Ecodiesel JLU. I took it here for an extended warranty inspection. They quickly got it done identifying two issues fully covered under my power train warranty. They ordered the parts and had it fixed promptly. Now here is where they stood out to me. Their work was IMPECCABLE! My vehicle looked exactly how it did when I dropped it off… spotless. No greasy fingerprints, no scratches, no anything. I checked the two spots they did work and it was perfect. The leaks were fixed AND CLEANED. All the necessary fluids were refilled to their appropriate levels after this service as well. I absolutely cannot recommend this dealer enough. I will always come here for my jeep needs. The dealership along with both Adam and Scott were very patient with me. I had come in about 2 weeks to early and they still held onto and honored the price of the truck I looked at. The 2 weeks too early was because my last truck, another 24’ Ram 2500, was totaled and the insurance hadn’t paid the loan off yet. And about the price, I had went online and shopped for a truck and found one on Becks website. Adam contacted me about it and I was supposed to come in and test drive it, I didn’t make it that Tuesday but I was able to on the day after, unfortunately Adam was off but had me ask for Scott. Also since I had seen the truck online I didn’t know the dealership had added a leveling kit and wheels and tires. About $6k on top of the sticker of $91,780. I told Scott it was too much and I left thinking I was going to have to find another truck. The next day Scott informed me that they could do $91k OTD. I couldn’t believe it I told him yes! Was almost 2 weeks worth of waiting on insurance and all this with out me putting a down on it. Thanks Adam, Scott and Becks! I LOVE their truck More
