Coupon was for oil change, tire rotation and multipoint check - fluids too! Got there at 9 am appointment - left at 11 am. Confusion over oil quantity - I claim less than 7 qts, service rep indicate 7.4 check - fluids too! Got there at 9 am appointment - left at 11 am. Confusion over oil quantity - I claim less than 7 qts, service rep indicate 7.4 and - got the residual oil (3/4 qt) It was Penzoil Ultra Platinum 0-40, rep indicated it was mobil1 at first. PS, radiator fluid levels were low, air in spare not checked, and rear diff plug not removed to check level. Suggestion was to replace both transfer case and diff fluids @ $700. Didn't do it and will do it for much less on my own after noting the above misses. More
