Hi Devon, It is unfortunate that this issue has gone as far as it has and I’m looking forward to a resolution. The vehicle was beyond warranty with an open recall when it was brought in to our facility and after consultations by both our own technicians and General Motors technicians, we advised you to the best of our ability as to what you should do. We certainly were not looking to do any unnecessary work and only requested compensation for the time spent diagnosing the vehicle. I am glad to hear that you were able to have the issues with your vehicle addressed one way or another, but if you have any other unresolved problems or questions for us, I am able to answer them for you. After meeting with Russell Geller today - who’s title is President - I feel even less confident that my issue will be resolved. Now I have a clear understanding as to why the place is run the way it’s run. “Attitude reflects leadership”. I was told that I don’t have to worry about a diagnostic charge. I’m not sure how that’s assuring or doing me any favors especially since this wouldn’t be the first time they will be diagnosing the same issue. I bring my vehicle back in again on Wednesday Sept 18th. Let’s see how much they will want to charge me again for the same issue. The one thing I left feeling confident in is that they WILL be charging AGAIN for the SAME EXACT issue that they keep telling me is resolved right before I keep paying them. I will update my review once I get the verdict.
