Scott has a "no pressure" style and is very upfront and communicates well (answered all my after hours texts). I will definitely work with him again when I am in the market for another Nissan. More

Scamming their customers! A week ago I ordered a new replacement cup holder for the center console of my 2014 Nissan Titan. The parts department contacted me a few days later t A week ago I ordered a new replacement cup holder for the center console of my 2014 Nissan Titan. The parts department contacted me a few days later to let me know it was there. They stated that I could come in and pick up the part and that the service department could install it for me. So the next week I came in picked up my part and walked over to the service department. One of the service advisors went and spoke to a second service advisor who told him to tell me that it would take an hour of installation time and that my cost would be $115 for labor. When I questioned the service advisor how such a simple little part could take so long to install, he stated that "they are really tricky, and there are parts of the consul that have to be opened up to install the new cup holder". Feeling that this was a little steep for what seemed like such a simple part I walked out to my Nissan Titan, looked at the broken cup holder, jiggled it, snapped it out of the space, and then snapped the new one right in place in less than 60 Seconds. I then went back inside handed the broken cup holder to the service manager and express my disgust at how they are being deceptive and dishonest with their clients. I hope it was worth losing a customer over $115, and getting a bad reputation to boot. Just because you can take people's money doesn't mean you should. I'm certain that a less mechanically inclined person would have bit the bullet and paid the money believing that what they stated was true. I feel that this is a systemic problem within the service department and I would never use them again. More
