I had a great experience buying my husband the 40th Anniversary 370Z. All the employees were nice and fun to work with for my big surprise. My husband had been researching big SUVs (b/c he's 6'6") and saw the internet price for the Pathfinder Armada. Beaverton Nissan had it priced well below Blue Book. We were very firm in how much we wan 6'6") and saw the internet price for the Pathfinder Armada. Beaverton Nissan had it priced well below Blue Book. We were very firm in how much we wanted for our Honda Accord trade-in, and they nearly met it. We were ok with that b/c we knew we got the Armada at a great price. The entire process was easy and non-stressfull. We test drove, they looked at our trade in, and we were finished with the entire process in just under 2 hours. Also, since we were trading in and adding cash, we didn't want our credit pulled (even though we both have very good credit.) They worked around that and didn't have to pull our credit. Ben was very friendly, no pressure and upbeat. We had a great experience. Also, with our purchase, the are lowering the seat by 2" for my husband, so when they perform service, we'll see if I can give that a 5 rating as well. More

I worked for a large well-known global sports company and was pointed to Beaverton Nissan since my company "had Sales and Service = Poor Experience! I worked for a large well-known global sports company and was pointed to Beaverton Nissan since my company "had a relationship" with this dealership. I was in desperate need for a new vehicle (my lease was about to expire) and I was new to the area, so I put up with some of the most ham-handed, hot-air filled "salesmanship" it has ever been my sad luck to experience. I had a specific amount of money to spend, a vehicle picked out, and the benefit of having a "relationship". It took better than 3 hours to finalize the purchase (my credit rating is over 790) due to the shenanigans perpetrated by this bunch of chuckleheads Service - gee, where to begin...suffice it to say that the service department was not much better that the sales team. The capper of all in this (and what finally drove me to go to a dealership farther away from my home) was when I had a fender bender that incapacitated my vehicle. I called the dealership, asked for service and told them what had happened...the award winning customer service response I received "We don't do body work...'click'". Guess what Beaverton Nissan - you also don't get any more of my money and when it's time for a new truck - you won't be getting any of my money either! Avoid this place - truly a bunch of amateurs that are no benefit to the Nissan brand. More
Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. I never expected to leave with a Nissan and am so happy and in love with what I ended up with which was my 2011 Nissan Maxima!!!! I am now a loyal Nissan customer and will have my service done to my rig here. In the future when I am ready to purchase my skyline, I will be right there ready to work with these guys again!!! My friends and family members will be referred here before any other dealership for future purchases. More
The experience was wonderful I was searching from dealer to dealer and was having a tough time finding the right car finally I called beaverton Nissan, they had the car I wanted so I went to look at it and to dealer and was having a tough time finding the right car finally I called beaverton Nissan, they had the car I wanted so I went to look at it and left. I didn't have any time but I told them to call me with their best price and Joe Clark called me an hour later with the price and I was amazed they could do it, so I asked to have the car ready for me and they did. Great job guys! I would recommend you guys to everyone. More
I'm really disappointed from the sales people and the manager. Because I don't show that I know you are a liar that doesn't mean I'm that stupid... but you guys keeps going on and on lies lies lies... manager. This experience was awful. I called Medic A. The night before driving the 25 mile drives to the dealership to buy new Nissan Rouge. Mehdi said they had 4 just pick the color. On the walk to the car he told my wife they would give us the same discount because they had just sold the 1 they had! The test Drive was awful because we had to stop at the office to get $5.00 for gas and at the gas station I ask the sales person were we going to get the price in the ad. His answer no this is a higher trim level. This Rouge was $8,000.00 more that the one in the ad. The test drive never happened because we drive back into the dealer. The salesman asks us to come on in the showroom so that we could write up the offer? Of course we were not buying a car that was $8,000.00 more than the ad. This dealer is Unprofessional and offensive. I will never be back, and neither will any of my friends or family. More
