Ashley the sales lady was very friendly and very knowledgeable about what we were interested in. Usually I know more than the salesperson, but not at this dealership. Every body we touched with was very friendly and willing to help in any way. Andy in finance did the fastest work we have ever seen. Everything was set up and going in two days. Our previous experience with other dealers has been at least five days to cash the down payment check and then more waiting. Ashley and Andy were absolutely great and I would recommend this dealership and these people to anyone who wants a fair, friendly, courteous, and a special experience. More

Carr did it did it right I went in initially to "try on" a few rigs (6'6" tall and could be on the line of a football team). My wife had called the day before and spoke with Cameron in preparation for our visit...she is a Murano driver. Cameron was unavailable but we did not have to wait for long, Scott - the Internet Sales pro took over, a courteous hand-off. With Scott's assistance I found that the Pathfinder was a nice fit for me. Scott was extremely helpful in educating me regarding the various vehicles and options...never pressuring for "the sale". Although we initially walked away from the Certified Previously Owned vehicle that I was considering he did not make it an issue. We called back the next day and finalized the deal and I am now driving a car that "fits" me. Scott shepherded me through the process and accommodated some requests, always focused on my needs throughout the process. Follow-up on a couple of issues and scheduling on some "during the sales process" commitments on a day that Scott was not at the dealership I was greeted by the Sales Manager (who had been provided updates, as Scott had committed to do) and even met the Assistant Service Manager when scheduling some upcoming work. Carr has done it right...I look forward to the level of service initiated by Scott throughout my future with Carr Nissan. More

Follow up Went on a test drive, ran out of gas. I ended up leasing the car, but when they put gas in the scratched the paint. They said they would have everythi Went on a test drive, ran out of gas. I ended up leasing the car, but when they put gas in the scratched the paint. They said they would have everything ready for me to fix on the 30 day inspection so we made an appointment. Called my salesman the night before to remind him I was coming in. He wasn't there they when I arrived. Nor were any appointments I was promised made for me.Also, one of my keys didn't work and it must have been for another customers car. That means someone else had the same problem. When I came in after 30 days, they must have had over 100 key fobs in a box. I top of that, I asked not to be contacted by phone or email or snail mail. I was contacted twice be phone, and now twice by mail. Now, I am even getting mail from Carr Vancouver! They have done nothing I have asked of them. Just your run of the mill dealer that only cares about sales, and not service. More
