Please don’t ever go to this dealership. I walked in looking to trade my car in. The sales rep Evé had helped me. He came back to me and stated that it would be better to take the loan inste I walked in looking to trade my car in. The sales rep Evé had helped me. He came back to me and stated that it would be better to take the loan instead of doing a trade in. I let him know that I wouldn’t be able to afford two car payments. He then suggested and pushed me to voluntarily repo my other car. I let him know I didn’t want to do that and he still continued to push me just to get a sale. After going home and talking with family about things, they said that it’s not a good idea and that it was a poor and illegal sales tactic. In the midst of him suggesting the voluntary repo he started bad mouthing carr Subaru and he has worked there for a month and got fired and then went into details about how they operate. He then followed up with “please don’t tell anyone I’m telling you all of this or I could get into some serious trouble”. I then tried to contact the finance manager and no one was talking to me or returning my calls after I’ve left voicemails for them. After making a BBB complaint, Joel reached out to me and said he wanted me to come in and talk with him. After I went in and talked with him he shot down my ideas of how they could make things right. He then said he would need to get with his boss to see what they could do. Why have me come in then? Joel called me a few days later and stated that the best they could do was push my first payment out 30 days or for them to undo the deal even tho the entire time they stated that the deal couldn’t be undone…I told him I needed some time to figure out what I want to do if I could have by the end of the following day to think. He had agreed that would be fine. Next day, he calls me around 3pm, I could not take his call because I was at work. Then he called me again at 7:20pm which I had missed because I was trying to eat dinner. I called him back after I was done which was 10min later. While on the phone with me he had an attitude and told me that he stated on the phone the previous day, that there was a deadline for my answer. He NEVER said that one the phone. When I called him out on it he said “I’m going to stop you right there, that is incorrect” I then stated AGAIN that I HAD asked him if I could have to the end of the following day to think and still have not made my mind up on what path I wanted to take and that he did NOT tell me there was a deadline. His response was “that’s incorrect.” Bottom line is everyone here is a liar and will tell you anything to get a car sold. I have reached out to corporate about this whole thing but take it from me and the other negative responses on here. The negative feedbacks are on here for a reason and it’s because those customers have caught this dealership doing things they shouldn’t. More

BUYER BEWARE! Illegal and dishonest business practices were exercised by several employees at Beaverton Nissan with my purchase of a used Nissan Xterra. I am so Illegal and dishonest business practices were exercised by several employees at Beaverton Nissan with my purchase of a used Nissan Xterra. I am so disgusted with the complete disregard of ethical business practices not to mention illegal selling tactics practiced by the salesperson I personally worked with. I was told that I HAD to buy the warranty and the Stargard products in order to obtain financing for my vehicle purchase. I had a trade in which they grossly under paid me for in addition to an $8,000 down payment. The price of the vehicle was $13,900. Not knowing that Oregon state law prohibits dealerships from requiring any additional options to be purchased in order to obtain financing, I agreed to the warranty and the stargard reluctantly. When I became aware that I had been lied to and sold these two features illegally I confronted the dealership 11 days after the purchase of my vehicle and they agreed to cancel the warranty and cancel the Stargard which would have resulted in over $4,000 being returned to my lender thus reducing the balance of my loan. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for the refund of my money back to my lender. It is now over 60 days since I was told the warranty and Stargard would be cancelled and I have had to start the cancellation process on my own because the dealership has done NOTHING. I called the warranty company and they confirmed that the dealership had not contacted them or cancelled the warranty. I called Stargard and was told the dealership had not cancelled the contract. The lender has not been contacted by the dealership nor have they received any funds from the dealership. One month after I was told the two products would be returned and refunded I contacted the dealership and asked about the status of the refund and no one followed up with me. I have been completely let down by the employees of this dealership and I honestly wonder how they sleep at night. I hope this review helps to prevent someone else from doing any business with Beaverton Nissan because they are dishonest and unreliable and have no respect for their customers or the law. It's so disheartening. More
I was in need of my first car as i have a truck but just had a baby and needed a car to drive her around. I went to beaverton nissan and they found me my dream blue car with red stitching interiorly. The entire time i was there it was a very pleasant atmosphere and i know i will hold it in my memory very fondly as when i first bought my car. I will be recommending this dealership to anyone searching for a car and am over all thrilled and happy with my new car! I explicitly want to say thank you to Jason Sontag and Nick Griffin, both were extremly helpful in finding my dream car and then the paperwork to making it mine! Very strongly would recommend!! More
