I too am in the camp that they are arrogant, can be downright rude, and are not willing to negotiate on price (not $1 off MSRP unless a factory promotion). As least they aren't sticking the their ridic More

Beaverton INFINITI responded

I would like to begin by saying we are one of the few Charter Infiniti dealerships in the US and have been doing business from this location for over 19 years. We have numerous customer service awards hanging on the wall of our showroom as a living testimony to our attitude toward people and the way we do business. My observations concerning this particular posting on your site are varied to be sure. First and foremost, this person appears to still be angry from years ago as the comment concerning the Northwest Protection Package indicates. This package was discontinued approximately three years ago. We sell new Infiniti's daily for under MSRP regardless of factory promotions, so I don't understand that statement. As a matter of fact, there are no specifics addressed here at all, just general statements that do a good job of assaulting our integrity, our attitude, our business practices, and our bait and switch practices in our award winning service department. Where is the evidence that this review has any truth behind it? Where is the copy of the worksheet with the non-negotiable numbers on it? Who are the salespeople this person dealt with? Who are the sales managers this person talked to? What was the name of the service advisor that charged way more than was needed? What was the exchange the last time this person visited our showroom? Did this person ever sit down and enter into a formal negotiation with us on a new car? Which model? Was the car in our inventory at that time? I respect this person's feelings, whatever they may be, but I have worked at this store for over 6 years and know the way we conduct business on a daily basis is nowhere near the way it is being depicted in this review. I apologize if we did anything to offend this person in any way, and would invite this person back at any time to deal directly with me for a new car, used car, service, or any other matter in which we can assist them. Thank you. Michael Cheek Gen
