Roger contacted me after I made an on-line inquiry about the Elantra model Hyundai. I had read about it in Consumer's Report on automobiles at the library. What I particularly appreciated is that he did not use any high pressure tactics and seemed totally sincere and honest in his advocacy for Hyundai autos. From the moment we showed up at the lot we were greeted with great customer service. After previously leaving Beaverton Toyota due to their lack of interest in my wife and I, it was refreshing to run into with great customer service. We weren't high dollar customers by any means (our budget capped at 8k) but Eduard devoted all of his time and energy to helping us find the right car. He showed us cars that fit my wife's preferences without pressuring us to spend more money. Aside from getting us a great deal on an Altima, he came in twice on his day off to meet once with my father who was cosigning and then a few hours later with my wife and I to finalize the deal. There was a dilemma with another sales associate that threatened to end the deal, but even then Eduard managed to resolve it while most importantly treating us like people rather than just a checkbook. Although my wife loved the car, it was ultimately Eduards service that sealed the deal. I highly recommend going to him specifically if you want an enjoyable, pressure-free car buying experience, especially if you're someone new to the scene. Wish I had met someone like him when I bought my first car. More
