The freedom of a New Used car! I was tired of driving a vehicle that I was worried was going to leave me stranded. I talked with friends and family and found a car online I liked. I called Beaverton Hyundai and talked to Denzel Thompson and set up an appointment to come look at the car. when I got there i realized I did not want to spend that much for a car that had 120,000 miles and Denzel started showing me other vehicles. A 2012 Hyundai Sonata caught my eye as I was looking at other cars. we looked at a car that I kinda liked but. I had told Denzel I did not want to settle with just any car. Denzel was running back and forth getting keys and I kept stepping back to the sonata. He looked at me and said you don't want it ok lets move on. we started talking about the sonata and took it for a drive at that point I felt like I was buying from family. Dan warner treated me just as nice during the paper work and they both expressed that the stress of bring on a car payment wouldn't last and that I would enjoy the car, and man they were so right. when they detailed the car they lost the floor mats and Dan found me a set and was able to find me the books and spare keys. I would defenetley go there again. sales get 5 stars from me. More

Not only did they treat my car like it was their own, but I too was treated like family. The customer service feels "small town" even though they are conveniently located in downtown Beaverton. As a young woman I felt like I didn't have to worry about being taken for my lack of knowledge on automobiles. I will be back for everything and anything because of their ability to be thorough with my car and honest and trustworthy with me. We were in need of a replacement vehicle and shopped around. We ended up at Beaverton Toyota and we were greeted by Kevin Haines who took the time to show us many used vehicles. We had a price range we around. We ended up at Beaverton Toyota and we were greeted by Kevin Haines who took the time to show us many used vehicles. We had a price range we needed to stay within and he did an amazing job showing us cars that met that criteria and did not try to up sell us. We landed on a Honda Pilot and the closing of the deal was painless. We decided on an extended warranty, but were not pushed towards that decision at all. If you are in the market for a Toyota or a quality used car, do yourself a favor and check them out. Ask for Kevin and you will not be disappointed. More

They have always been courtious to explain anything I didn't understand and make corrections to anything needing them. I have always felt comfortable getting my services from them without feeling any pressure or uncertainty of what was needed. I bought a 2010 low mileage Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from them about 2 months ago now. Initially sales team were keen to make sure all was as we wanted but were a little pushy. Problems started once I left t them about 2 months ago now. Initially sales team were keen to make sure all was as we wanted but were a little pushy. Problems started once I left the dealership. I took the Jeep to the NW Jeep/Chrysler dealership to confirm service history and found that the Jeep I had bought had a long list of issues that they had noted including a potentially serious engine oil leak and so had sold the car on. Shame on me for not checking with them first before buying but a simple check by Hyundai would have found this and was not picked up in pre-sale checks by their service team either. After some haggling the Hyundai dealership did resolve the engine issue at their expense though this was something I had to push for and had I not checked could have resulted in very serious engine issues and a large bill for an engine rebuild. At the time of buying the Jeep I had also been told the Jeep came with specialist locking wheel lugs to prevent theft. Great idea, though what the sales guys didn't tell me was that they didn't have the key to unlocking these making them worse than useless. When I realized this and went back to ask them to remove the offending wheel lugs they told me it wasn't something they could help with and that i'd have to pay to have them removed and that they still felt it was a 'feature'. Had I had a flat out in the mountains with them on i'd have had no way of removing and replacing the flat tire. Another trip to NW Jeep and a $100 down they are now removed. So for used cars they seem to want to pump through volume and not worry about ensuring what the consumer gets is a good quality and complete car. Very disappointed and not somewhere I would ever recommend friends to shop for cars. More
