Alina was great. Good communication and low pressure. Comfortable to work with and I would work with her again. There were some hiccups in the process after purchase, but they were all handled very quickly and professionally. My van basically went into limp mode and had to be towed home. I called the dealership, they sent a truck to pick it up and they diagnosed and fixed the issue within a couple of days. Unfortunate, yes, but I was satisfied with the response. More
