We took a Honda Odyssey for a test drive and quickly decided this was the car for us. Just okay We purchased a used Mercedes at a good price. We had it inspected before purchasing and it did need a good amount of work done. They offered to lower the price instead of do the work which is fine since we would rather have it worked on by a trusted mechanic. The customer service is not great. We left after the purchase and the car had almost an empty tank of gas. They texted us nonstop asking us to come and purchase the car earlier when we had already put a deposit down and scheduled a date/time with them. It’s a used car lot so make sure you do your homework before purchasing and don’t be surprised if they annoy you during the entire process. More

When we got to the lot we were greeted by Jeremy who went and got the vehicle and brought it to us. We drove the vehicle and he gave us space and time to discuss our opinions. He came back and checked for questions. He agreed to make a few small repairs on the vehicle and we went inside to sign papers. Jeremy was great with all 3 of us. Jeremy - my sales representative - was pleasant, competent, and patient with me. He answered all my questions, and believe me I had a lot. Jeremy helped me to get the best deal I could for the price I was able to pay. Not only that, he negotiated with the lender for me to get them to lower my interest rate by 5% from what I originally had agreed to. What a nice surprise that was. Saved me $20 a month on my car payment. They also made sure my new car, my new used car, was in tiptop condition when I was ready to take it. My new Lexus RX 300 is my dream car, and I couldn’t be happier with the car, the salesman – Jeremy – that helped me, the dealership, the service department, and everything in between.
