They go the extra mile....from the initial sale with Matt Kramer...who was patient and very helpful....along with Andrew and his teams help my purchase went smoothly and when I did not understand something with financing they were patient to explain it to me. The dealership is just beautiful and very unique and I found it kind of hard to leave. Just wanted to sit by the fireplace and read a book... So back to why I was here...it was my 15,000 check up time. They whisked away my vehicle after reviewing what I was there for and then I went in to sit in comfort (not a plastic hard chair) and get some work done while I waited. The wait was short and everything was reviewed with me prior to leaving. The Service Manager, Chris, remembered me from past visits and as usually was very kind and reviewed my paperwork to see what I had done then walked me out to my car. Service like this has me locked in as a customer for life! Thank you to all of the staff at Beaver Toyota from the front desk who call me by my name to the sales guys who are always welcoming long after their job with me is done to the service guys who make sure that my Rav is in perfect working condition! From the time ( 6:30 a.m. ) that I arrived at the service doors until I left with my wife's fixed Toyota Avalon everyone was friendly, courteous, helpful, and most professional. Ms. Burgos with her many years in a service department kept me informed and stayed in touch with the mechanic. They told me what the problem was, what they were going to do to fix it, the total cost and length to complete the job. I've never had a better time at any car dealership. I had a great breakfast, long relaxing chair massage, played shuffleboard, saw the Grand piano, gorgeous Chandelier, walked around to see the pretty pictures, furniture, decorated rooms, etc. Time pasted fast and the car was fixed at the time/price as I was told. People go Las Vegas to see pretty lights, beautiful buildings, and super interiors but they should save some of that money and visit Beaver Toyota. The people are nicer and this place and their employees will WOW you. They did me. More

Grace was Ontatanding like always I have a 2014 Avalon hybrid, I came to your dealership because I was not happy with my experience at the dealers in Buford & Gainesville. I was forced I have a 2014 Avalon hybrid, I came to your dealership because I was not happy with my experience at the dealers in Buford & Gainesville. I was forced to have a recall done on my cruse control by one of these dealers. For almost 18 months my cruise contro did not worked like it did before the recall. Explained to Grace what was going on with it, she had one of your technicians meet with me and explain my problem. After he reset the cruise control to factor spec I took to long trips and now my cruise control works like it did when I took delivery of the auto.
