Service to my 2015 Lexus Carried my 2015 Lexus twice to Beaver Toyota to avoid the drive down GA400 to Nalley Lexus. Very impressed with both the staff and facility. However, Carried my 2015 Lexus twice to Beaver Toyota to avoid the drive down GA400 to Nalley Lexus. Very impressed with both the staff and facility. However, during the first visit, they did a mediocre job of washing/ vacuuming the car, compare to what I was accustomed to at Lexus. On my second visit last week, the cars appearance, after service, was much improved. But, they forgot to reset the digital “Maintenance Reminder” on the dash. Now, I need to make a return visit to reprogram or figure out if I can adjust, with the help of the manual... More

Service I went for my 5000 mile service. All seemed fine until I got on the highway and realized that the hood of my car had not been properly closed and was I went for my 5000 mile service. Wow - no one knows what customer service is ! It was amazing to visit to Beaver Toyota and while waiting in their customer area there was not one employee that was accommodating to the customers t It was amazing to visit to Beaver Toyota and while waiting in their customer area there was not one employee that was accommodating to the customers that were waiting for their vehicle to be repaired. That’s th WOW at beaver Toyota! We Were told there was only one manager in the entire building that could change the channel on the TV. During one visit we had to sit and watch and infomercial for the entire hour and a half we were there after requesting several times to have the TV channel changed . No one could find the person that could change the channels on the TVs. Yesterday during the hearings on Kavanaugh right in the middle of CNN reporting the channel automatically switched and no one knew why. Then it took over 25 minutes for someone to find the one person that could change a channel on the TVs in the customer service waiting area. I’m supposed to trust someone to work on my car when there is not but one person in that building that can operate a remote to change a channel on the TV for customer convenience while waiting ? And then the fact that we went to someone to ask and they could care less about our request to have the channel changed while we are waiting because they were too busy on their own cell phones reading emails texting or looking at pictures. Mrs. beaver give me a call I’d love to be able to tell you about my customer experience at your dealership! More
