Beautiful facility, but slow service The new facility is beautiful, and staff was very friendly and accommodating. It took well over an hour, however, to complete my oil change. My advisor was not at his desk when I arrived, and it was slow from there... I would understand slowness if the dealership was crowded, but there was (almost) no one else there at 7:30 am. More
