Bad Experience After buying several vehicles from Beaver Toyota, I felt I could trust the sales team to treat me fairly. I had anxiously awaited the 2019 RAV4 and ac After buying several vehicles from Beaver Toyota, I felt I could trust the sales team to treat me fairly. I had anxiously awaited the 2019 RAV4 and actually was the first customer at Beaver to purchase one. I was excited! Unfortunately, the disappointment started within the first 2 days. Not only were there problems with Apple Play but the transmission was not shifting properly. (It’s Toyota’s new 8 speed) 2 thumbs down. Phone calls not working and hard shifting starts and stops was frustrating but I thought, ok, they’ll get it fixed. Wrong. After several tries and 3 more days in the shop with no fix, I decided to trade. I went to Nissan and was taken by the 2019 Rogue. What an awesome vehicle! Do yourself a favor and at least look at the Nissan Rogue if you’re even thinking about a RAV4. NO COMPARISON! Rogue has the RAV4 beat, hands down. Now, to trade in a new vehicle, you expect to loose some money. I get it. But when you realize you have been absolutely abused and taken advantage of by the sales team at Beaver; it will certainly make you take your loyalty somewhere else. Blue book was $16,000 less than what I had paid for the RAV4 just 5 weeks prior. I learned that the $9,999 “destination” charge that was added to the cost of this RAV4 was nothing but pure profit for the dealership. What a scam. Do yourself a favor and do your due diligence before you sign the bottom line at Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine or you may be as sorry and sick as I am. Better yet, go check out the Nissan Rogue. It just may be the best decision you ever make. More

BUYER BEWARE!! Test drove a 2014 Silverado and conveniently the salesman had me drive on a road where the max speed is 40 mph. I ended up purchasing the truck and got it on I-95 because I commute every day. Well at 70 mph the entire truck has a HORRIBLE shake (similar to a death wobble in a Jeep). Definitely a safety issue and I do not feel comfortable having my kids in the truck. I took a video to show them. The salesman Anatoliy, as well as the manager Lance, insisted that the shake was normal for a truck and that I did not know what I was talking about. I spoke with the service manager Scott and when he saw the video agreed that it definitely was not “normal” and should not shake so bad. He showed me in his computer that the mechanics noted upon inspection “chopped tires” and should have replaced them but didn’t. Meanwhile, Lance is still calling me with an attitude telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about and “a truck wont drive like your Camry”. To top it off, Anatoliy lied to me and my husband about the 5-day exchange policy and told me it was for new vehicles only. Come to find out it is for used vehicles also, however I found out too late. I tried to contact the store to speak with someone higher up but of course no one would contact me back. Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had and I feel horrible for others that fall victim to this awful place. More
