Effective, not amazing This was my second vehicle purchase from Beaver & without too many details my first experience 4 years ago was a DISASTER. I actually never came back after such a poor experience. Thankfully, this time around my mother convinced me to come back in. I was able to get the EXACT car that I wanted (one that two other Toyota dealerships tried to sell me for a much worse deal). My customer service experience was fair. Frankly the employees are all somewhat friendly but not too genuine. However they are very good at their job. Attention to detail could definitely be improved. I did have to go back more than once for my spare key which got to be annoying after the 3rd trip. It seemed like a lack of communication between departments rather than a single person’s fault. If it weren’t for that it would have been a very good experience. More

I had a fantastic Experience I came in to purchase a vehicle. I had already shopped at 2 other Toyota stores before visiting Beaver and the difference was night and day. My salesm I came in to purchase a vehicle. I had already shopped at 2 other Toyota stores before visiting Beaver and the difference was night and day. My salesman James Speiser had an extremely relaxed attitude and wasn't the typical salesman type. I think at one point he said he didn't mind if I purchased elsewhere but he was going to make sure I had the best experience and gained the most knowledge while at Beaver. He was also very funny. We went over the entire vehicle top to bottom. I met with George and he was able to persuade the big guy in the office to give me the deal I was really looking for. Thank you for such a great, informative and fun time! More

We were in the market looking for a good used car, Being new to Florida and St. Augustine, I had taken my Toyota Tundra into Beaver Toyota and was treated with respect and great service, that is why we returned to the dealership for a new used car. We were met by Anatoliy Bystrov, he answered all questions regarding the cars we were looking at. Anatoliy allowed me to take the Toyota Avalon home to show the family. The rear bumper had a few scratches on it, I talked with Jason Collins Sr. And he set me up I just purchased a used Toyota Avalon from Beaver Toyota.
