Excellent Service I have to leave my car for service because they need to fix my radio. They gave me a loan while they were fixing the car. No customer service As to be expected, the dealer service repair prices were way high. They quoted me $348 for 4 spark plugs. Went elsewhere and had the work completed for $150. I was considering having another repair completed, because the quote seemed reasonable. However, it took me almost a week for anyone in the service department to return my multiple calls, messages, and emails regarding a full breakdown of the quote and applying my previously applied diagnostic fee towards the repair. After finally speaking to someone, it was cheaper to take the car elsewhere. More

Evan is a great Asst. Service manager. I drove up to the dealership since it was close by a job site I have going on. Truck was going to be coming out of warranty soon. Dealt with Evan the Asst Service Manager. Very easy to talk to him about what the truck was doing and we scheduled for me to drop it off the following week. Following week dropped it off. They check out my concerns and called me back with in a few hours. And was all done and ready for pick up. When I picked up the truck. They vacuumed out the truck and had it pulled up front before I arrived. Evan explained to me what was done with the truck and I was happy with it. Very easy process and enjoying. More
