Very professional service deptmartment Took my car in for an issue that was covered under warranty. Paula Williams was my service consultant. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I was promptly given a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. I was kept informed through the whole process on how the repair was going. She even made sure the car was clean when I picked it up. Having to take a car in for any type of repair can be a very stressful experience. It was anything but this time. However, it took me almost a week for anyone in the service department to return my multiple calls, messages, and emails regarding a full breakdown of the quote and applying my previously applied diagnostic fee towards the repair. After finally speaking to someone, it was cheaper to take the car elsewhere. More
