Kevin was a great service advisor I came in to have a oil change and a alignment check (after another dealer had messed it up twice). Kevin was very help full. I gave him my requiremen I came in to have a oil change and a alignment check (after another dealer had messed it up twice). Kevin was very help full. I gave him my requirements for the alignment and a few other details I wanted addressed. (ie. tire pressure etc..) Everything went well happy with alignment specs. Only reason not getting 5 stars was on the way home I noticed that my tires were low on pressure and my oil monitoring system was not reset. I turned around and came back. Talked to Kevin and that were able to confirm that it was just an oversite on the techs part but fixed the problem right away. Kevin has only worked there for 3 weeks when I came in but seems like Beaver did a good job hiring a quality guy. More

Amazing I brought my car in for a dead battery. My service tech called me and said my battery was fine and it just needed charging. When I came in to back u I brought my car in for a dead battery.
