TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I scheduled an application to get a minor problem fixed. The service attendant appeared to be annoyed by my questions and then became rude and disresp I scheduled an application to get a minor problem fixed. The service attendant appeared to be annoyed by my questions and then became rude and disrespectful. I wanted to make sure that he wouldn't be working on my car and he stated "once I get done, nobody here will work on it" and returned with the Service Manager. The Service Manager attempted to resolve the situation (I told him i had past issues w/service). He was told that I had purchased several cars there (2007/2011) the car I purchased in 2007-someone stole several 12 packs of toilet paper from the trunk while being serviced. He suggested that was untrue and then responded " if you're not happy with our service you can go somewhere else because we're the #2 Beau Townsend store but we can't please everybody". The GM was made aware of this situation. I plan to notify the corporate office, as well. Angela Cooper RN, MSN More

We have always had wonderful customer service in ALL departments of the dealership. Yesterday I took my car in to have the oil changed, tires rotated and a recall fixed. I was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Two hours later, I was finally leaving. The gentleman that waited on me in the Service Dept apologized for the delay and made sure that I was compensated for waiting longer than I was told. THAT is what sets this dealership apart from the rest. Good customer service is HARD to find nowadays. It's very refreshing to deal with a company and its employees who handle situations BEFORE they are even mentioned. Thank you! More

We live over 30 minutes away, so it would have been more convenient to choose service closer to home. Upon calling the service department, I spoke with Jake. He listened to our needs and concerns, was very polite, and told us how they could help us. We decided to drop off both of our Nissan Versa Notes together - one (the black one = Pepper) needed a thorough check-up before the nearing end of the 36,000 warranty, as well as routine maintenance. The other (the white one = Salt) was in for its first oil change after being driven as a new car - routine maintenance was needed. As above, Jake took our call and told us how to proceed. Jake called the house when the work was complete. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and without rushing. No surprises on added work to be done. No surprises on added costs. We were very impressed with Jake - from our initial phone call to picking up our vehicles. Jake displayed qualities that we hold dear: honestly, genuine concern, caring, kindness, trustworthiness, and integrity. We will return to Beau Townsend when Salt & Pepper need further check-ups, as well as when our Nissan Leaf needs check-ups. Again - this dealership is out of our way. There are many other choices for service that are much closer to our home. We chose to give this service department a try, and Jake made us want to continue to come back. I have always been apprehensive about taking my care to a dealership to be serv Jake and Dan provided my husband and I with superior customer service. I have always been apprehensive about taking my care to a dealership to be serviced. However, my experience with Beau Townsend Nissan has changed my mind. They communicated with us every step of the way. Dan even took us back into the shop to show us in person what was going on with our vehicle. It was a big job that took a long time to complete so Jake made sure we had a rental car to drive free of charge. I will undoubtedly bring my cars there in the future. They should be proud of their commitment to excellent customer service! More
Nissan I will never recommend a Nissan to any of my friends or family. The service department here was lazy and worthless. Each time we went in for service i I will never recommend a Nissan to any of my friends or family. The service department here was lazy and worthless. Each time we went in for service it was only for temporary and then it would break again. Each time we were told the top tech was working on the car and still nothing was fixed. One time we picked up our car and found oil stains on the passenger seat and scratches all over the dash from them taking the dash off. It was a complete joke working with this dealership. I will never buy another Nissan again in my life. More
I had a 2010 Ford Fusion that I was bringing in for an oil change and have been wanting to possibly trade it in. I always work with Todd Cade and was interested in looking at the Taurus, but there really oil change and have been wanting to possibly trade it in. I always work with Todd Cade and was interested in looking at the Taurus, but there really wasn't any good deals going on with them. I asked if he was able to sell on the Nissan side and he said yes and that there were some great leasing options. I used to always lease and loved it, so we headed over there and looked at the Nissan Altima. I test drove it and of course Todd and the Nissan sales group made me an offer I couldn't refuse! So, I went in for an oil change and came home with a new car. Todd and the Nissan group took care of me and were awesome to work with! More
The reason why I rated this way is because, Damon is a sales person that knows the product and every thing that goes with being a good sales person. He sold my husband and me our first Nissan. He ( Damon ) told us what kind of the Quality we should get out of the car and we are not disappointed in the quality of the Nissan maxuim and the service that Beau Townsend gave us and still gives.We have since bought another Nissan from Beau Townsend and Damon once again gave us the product knowledge and his genuine personnel care to us while purchasing the car. I've read the existing reviews and I am more than puzzled as to why their service selling cars is so stellar but their service when servicing vehicles is so poor. I have taken my 2005 Murano in to be service as to why their service selling cars is so stellar but their service when servicing vehicles is so poor. I have taken my 2005 Murano in to be serviced at this dealership twice and I will not return. On both occassions they have charged me $89.00 for a diagnostic test and state they find nothing wrong (both times for the same problem). There is a very distinct and VERY loud noise that is happening while the vehicle is running. Everyone in a four block radius can hear this noise except the technicians at Beau Townsend. The first time I was told that the brakes needed replaced and there was a hole on top of the muffler and that is where the noise was originating. Beau Townsend service depatment told me they'd replace the brakes and the exhaust for an extraordinary amount of money. I decided to try another shop. I took it to a local place and they did a FREE inspection and said they found no hole in the exhaust and the brakes did not need replaced. They were able to find a flange on the muffler that might be causing some noise so the guy replaced it in about 20 minutes flat for an extremely reasonable price and this shop also stated the brakes did not need to be replaced. I took my vehicle into Beau Townsend again this morning and by late afternoon they had called and stated they could find nothing wrong with it. They stated it wasn't making any noise. They also stated they have no record at all of me bringing it in previously and being told anything needed replaced in order to fix the noise. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely abrupt and impatient when I was trying to voice what I thought was an unacceptable business practice that they would repeatedly charge someone a fee without assessing any problems. He was very defensive out-right rude in his responses to my questions. After much discussion, he stated he'd waive half of the diagnostic fee and then proceeeded to state he didn't know what else to do for me. At the end of the day I have a Murano that sounds like a panzer, a $44.50 bill (instead of an $89.00 one, lucky me), and have dealt with a person that was unwilling to help, offer any type of suggestions or any resolutions and did so with poor approach.
