Why is there nowhere to park a car when you’re bringing it for service? Why is your service box for keys so flimsy and easily manipulated to steal keys out of if you really wanted to? why. Why is there nowhere To set things? why do I feel like I’m sitting in the middle of the show room? Why is it? I go for service in one place and feel extremely uncomfortable and I go to another place and feel extremely comfortable. You did drive me home, which was different but just creates more logistics in my day. Would just like an appointment to be an appointment, not an ordeal.
