My truck was driving fine before I dropped it off for a simple oil change. Upon completion, the service shop claimed my truck needed an alignment. As I'm driving off the lot, I noticed that my truck was pu simple oil change. Upon completion, the service shop claimed my truck needed an alignment. As I'm driving off the lot, I noticed that my truck was pulling hard to the right. Like beyond ridiculous! Also discovered that both left side tires were inflated to 47 psi and both right side tires were deflated to 31 psi! I usually keep my tires inflated around 40-42 in the winter. This NEEDS to be investigated! More

The service rep that assisted me was very nice. However, I am disappointed in the fact that I was there a month ago and stated my check engine light was coming on, and the tire sensor fault was rep However, I am disappointed in the fact that I was there a month ago and stated my check engine light was coming on, and the tire sensor fault was reported in October when I received my oil change but was not documented on the service sheet. When I was there in December to get my brakes done, the check engine light was not checked, nor was the sensor fault. A couple of days later, my check engine light comes on and off intermittently. When I schedule this last appointment, come to find out I need a catalytic monitor that costs almost 4,000, and I am charged for the tire sensor fault reset, which is still coming on. I feel like all this happened while under the management of Beau Townsend, and I've spent so much money and allowed things to lapse in the service of my car that were missed, making me pay out additional money. I have always been a loyal customer to Beau Townsend, but this experience has been very disappointing. More
